Because your satisfaction is our priority, Maison des Mamans offers you the possibility of being satisfied or refunded (except health and hygiene products used) within 14 days.

If an item arrived damaged/defective and does not suit you, please write to us at Retour@lamaisondesmamans.com with photo proof of the item(s) in question and return the product to us (return costs are the responsibility of of the buyer)

After verification by our customer service, we will refund your order. Depending on the reason, you do not need to return the product to us, you can keep it.
