Shipping within 2 to 4 working days.
We work directly with our suppliers, which allows us to offer you items at competitive prices, throughout the year and offer FREE delivery throughout Europe, Canada and Reunion Island.
The delivery time for orders is between 5 to 20 working days, depending on the country of destination, directly to your mailbox by Letter or Parcel followed by La Poste.
In order to deliver to you as quickly as possible, we send your products as soon as they are available in stock, so it is possible to receive several packages separately when you order several items.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Because your satisfaction is our priority , with LA MAISON DES MAMANS you are 100% satisfied or refunded, within 14 days*.
If an item arrived damaged/defective and does not suit you, please write to us at Retour@lamaisondesmamans.com with photo proof of the item(s) in question and return the product to us (return costs are at the expense of buyer's responsibility).
After verification by our customer service, we will refund your order. Depending on the reason, you do not need to return the product to us, you can keep it.
