How long does it take to receive my order?

Your order is shipped within 2 to 3 business days.

To receive your product, it takes between 5 to 20 working days after receipt of the shipping confirmation email for your order and depending on the country of delivery.
In fact, we work directly with our suppliers, without intermediaries, which allows us to offer you the best value for money.

Delivery is ensured by post by colissimo or tracked letter and is delivered directly to your home.

I only received part of my order. Is this normal?

Don't worry, this is completely normal because we work with different suppliers, so shipments can be done later in order to keep you waiting as little as possible. We prefer to deliver your order to you as soon as one or more items are ready. You may therefore sometimes receive your order in several packages (which allows the joy of discovering a new package in your mailbox to last over several days)

What are the payment methods ?

Currently, you can pay by credit card or Paypal on our site. We do not accept bank checks.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver worldwide and FREE (depending on the period and current promotions) in Metropolitan France, Canada and Reunion Island.

Do you have a paper magazine? A shop ?

We only work through our online store . You can find all the products on our website.

I have a question about your site or about a product, what should I do?

You can contact us either via our Facebook page or directly through the "Online Chat" at the bottom of the site.
If no advisor is present at that time, you will be contacted as soon as possible.
